Can I limit this to contacts from a specific form or campaign?

Yes — filter on the HubSpot trigger (list membership, source property, or lifecycle stage) before the Zap/scenario/workflow reaches the paperplane step, so only the contacts you want get mailed.

What if a contact is missing a mailing address?

USPS verification runs before payment on every order; an incomplete address returns a structured error instead of mailing, so the automation can skip that contact or flag it for follow-up.

Can the letter include personalized details beyond name and address?

Yes — any HubSpot contact property (company, deal name, signup date) can be mapped into the letter text as a merge field, the same way the Google Sheets mail merge page personalizes each row.
