Mail a letter online
By Justin Winter · Updated July 27, 2026
You can mail a real, physical letter online in about 90 seconds: paste your text or upload a PDF, enter the recipient's address, and pay $1.99 — that covers printing, the envelope, and USPS First-Class postage, and we hand your letter to USPS the next business day.
Why people mail letters online
Most of us mail something one to three times a year — and it's never optional. A government form that must go by post. A landlord who ignores email. An insurance company that wants paper. The old answer was: find a printer, find a stamp, find a mailbox. The new answer is ninety seconds on your phone.
What happens after you hit send
- Your document is screened automatically (fraud and threats only — lawful demand letters are fine).
- It prints at a professional mail facility and is sealed in a windowed envelope.
- USPS picks it up the next business day; you get email updates at every stage.
- Your document file is permanently deleted 30 days after delivery.
What it costs vs. the alternatives

Common questions
Does $1.99 really include postage?
Yes. $1.99 covers one printed page, the envelope, and USPS First-Class postage. Extra pages are $0.25 each, color is $0.50 per page, and delivery tracking is an optional $0.99.
How fast will it arrive?
We print and hand your letter to USPS the next business day. First-Class delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the US.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Pay per letter with a card or Apple Pay. Your email address gets the receipt and a private tracking link — that is the whole relationship.
Can I upload a PDF instead of typing?
Yes — upload any text-based PDF up to 10MB and 12 pages. If you paste text instead, we typeset it cleanly onto US Letter pages for you.
What if I need proof it was delivered?
Choose Certified Mail ($12.99) for proof of mailing and tracking, or Certified with electronic Return Receipt ($14.99) for court-ready proof of delivery.
