First-Class Mail International

USPS's standard low-cost class for mailing letters, postcards, and flats to roughly 180 countries outside the United States.
First-Class Mail International is the international counterpart to domestic First-Class Mail: the everyday way to send a letter or postcard abroad at a flat per-item rate, without the added tracking and faster transit of Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.
It does not carry a delivery guarantee, and transit time varies widely by destination country and its own customs handling, well beyond USPS's control once the piece leaves the country.
